Is this a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) service?

Our primary focus is on setting up the foundational product analytics that design can impact: adoption, engagement, and retention. While this naturally improves conversions, we are not a dedicated CRO agency. If a project requires deep, specialized CRO, we can bring in trusted expert partners.

What tools do you work with?

We are tool-agnostic and work with what's best for you, including Segment, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Hotjar, and Google Analytics. The specific tool is less important than the strategy behind what you track.

How long until we see the first insights?

Once the tracking is implemented, you need to let the data "cook." Meaningful insights typically begin to emerge within 2-4 weeks, depending on your product's user volume and frequency of use.

What kind of team will I be working with?
