How we turn data into design impact

#1: Discovery & metrics mapping
We start by understanding your business objectives. What does success look like in the next six months? We then translate those goals into specific, trackable product metrics and user events. We define what needs to be measured to answer your most important questions.

#2: Implementation & tooling
We work with your development team to set up and configure the right analytics tools for the job (like Amplitude, Mixpanel, Hotjar, or GA). We ensure data is captured cleanly and accurately from day one.

#3: Monitoring & insight generation
Data needs interpretation. We build dashboards that surface the most critical metrics, moving beyond vanity numbers to actionable insights. It typically takes 2-3 weeks for meaningful patterns to emerge, depending on your user volume.

#4: Design iteration & impact measurement
This is where data drives design. We use the insights to form hypotheses, design A/B tests, and iterate on your product's UX. We baseline results before and after implementation, so you can see the precise impact of each design change.

#5: Ongoing support (optional)
If you want, we’ll stick around to help your team apply changes, test improvements, and track results.

FAQ
Is this a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) service?
Our primary focus is on setting up the foundational product analytics that design can impact: adoption, engagement, and retention. While this naturally improves conversions, we are not a dedicated CRO agency. If a project requires deep, specialized CRO, we can bring in trusted expert partners.
What tools do you work with?
We are tool-agnostic and work with what's best for you, including Segment, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Hotjar, and Google Analytics. The specific tool is less important than the strategy behind what you track.
How long until we see the first insights?
Once the tracking is implemented, you need to let the data "cook." Meaningful insights typically begin to emerge within 2-4 weeks, depending on your product's user volume and frequency of use.
What kind of team will I be working with?
Your team will consist of a senior product designer and be overseen by a design lead. They will collaborate closely with your product manager and development team to ensure a seamless process from strategy to implementation.
